  1. Discouraged and scared

I am 2 1/2 weeks post op. I was doing good and lost 20 lbs. Then last week on one of my weigh ins...I was up .4 and then the next one up .6 and then the next one up .2 and the next one up .4. What gives? Up 1 1/2 lbs and I haven't change my eating. I'm still sipping on my protein shake throughout the day. I don't eat between meals. I'm more hungry now, but I just sip on my shake. I'm freaking out here. I kept telling myself, I was ready for a fill, but Dr. says it might be up to 3 to 4 weeks yets. Now I'm really freaking out. Should I go ahead and go to soft foods or stick to the pureed foods and eat more protein? :):scared2:
