aaaw I feel you...… Hey im November 11 and I was sleeved guess when? anyway im two weeks out and back to work today.. gotta tell you it was not so bad and at times not so good .. for the most part it was not as hard as I thought it would be especially with the drinking the water and shakes only being able to sip and all .. hey I was drinking like a trooper and getting my protein shakes in llke a pro. but OMG THE CONSTIPATION had me praying for relief I always pray but to think I would spend so much of that precious time praying about that was unbelievable . so the answered prayer was so key to me saying ok it was not so bad lol... I know you excited as your day is right around the corner .you doing pre op diet yet? what is your pre op diet. Hope not alllll liquid.. Hit me back.....

every one is different but don't rush yourself .. if you can possibly take another week please try you will be so glad you did...I would have done it even without pay ….. let me know how you doing … I mean keep up ….ok...

im good ..back to work today......was scary a minuye but im sooo good and blessed...

And i get dizzy whenever I walk or do ANYTHING any body experience this?

Hey guys I go to my dr tomorrow my issues, I have no problem drinking never did no problem eating all the yogurt and pudding I have no restriction and I’m concerned ?

Wow what a great response .. thank you .that was awesome about the confidence and the raise.. so happy for you and your wife . And yeah I have already decided not to give the opposite sex who have thought me to have been invisible before any extra smiles or anything.. thanks for responding .

I must agree you were so not ready for surgery and are hurting yourself and any chances of success. If weight watchers was working for you you would not be here having this break down of choices . Please talk to your nutritionalist and get on the program of following instuctions why are you working out just one week out of surgery??? this is only a tool , you must use it correctly ,be patient,and use common sense and most of all follow your physician's nutritionalist etc... instructions to the T..right now your biggest concern should be getting in 64 0z of water and 80 grams of protein via liquid....

I have watched this recently and yes it makes sooo much sense . He is a little free spirited and cocky but he do make sense. I like his views most of the time, Check him out on you tube

yes . I feel that I would appreciate the way I would look as well as feel after wls . health is a important factor of any thing in life . I just wanted some of us to not feel vain if we admitted that we want to LOOK better and it's not just about getting rid of that cpat mask or pressure pill... it's perfectly ok to want to feel more attractive to yourself as well as others. Let's be honest some who are pretending it's only about being "healthy " are doing other "unhealthy" things for enjoyment every day or weekend.....

im good but I just got a call from my surgeon office saying that my primary doc has not sent his clearance letter yet!! mind you I saw him on oct 17 th and he told me all was well and he just wanted me to make sure he gets sent the bloodwork results, he was also telling me he was unsure if he could do the pulmonary clearance since he know of my sleep apnea and cpat usage being good and I am compliant with the usage. Turned out I did need a pulmonary specialist so I went to one the same day as I did the bloodwork ,fast forward they sent my primary the results yesterday , so he has everyone's report to send the clearance letter but...…… I just called his office and was told they do see the results from pulmonary but he out of the office til Monday and Monday is my surgery date OMG what do I do....?????
