IF YOU GOOGLE HOW MUCH SUGAR AND CARBS ARE IN ONE GLASS OF WINE LET ALONE 1 OR 2 EACH NIGHT YOU HAVE BEEN SHOOTING YOURSELF IN THE FOOT..I DID THE SAME THING LIKE TWO MONTHS PRE OP WHEN I WAS TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT BEFOREHAND......NO MORE FOR ME … IT'S HUNDREDS GRAMS OF SUGAR.

November Sleevers Congrats Guys,I'm getting excited now . let's remember each other as we go through this journey and surgery day. We all got pre op diets coming up and they are sometimes different . What is your Pre-op diet . Mine is two Protein Shakes and a lean meat and vegetable meal for dinner . They say I can a little carb at night but im gonna not do that , oh and Jello, sugarless pops for snacks.. Not so bad.... Did I miss anybody??? we got three sets of twins and one set of triplets and one set of quadruplets WOW! you You doing so good girlfriend......I,m right behind you ……………..it seems crazy to lose 6 lbs in 3 days..We got the same preop so I guess I will do that too.. you doing it to the T? are you doing 1 snack a day like we talked about ?

@Sajt welcome and you have three other buddies !!! say hi to them ...And stay tuned on this forum , and YES OMG I am so concerned about thanksgiving and Christmas its such a big deal in my family and we always get together and I always cook all that good ole soul food sooooooooooo im gonna be smack dab in the middle of liquid diet . So do I even participate or stay home ,do I eat in the kitchen, do I still cook for them, do I go and just bring my little pureed turkey and stuffing lol... no but im serious anybody got any thoughts,, How will you deal with thanksgiving and Christmas ?????

yes it does seem slow but once you start rolling those appointments out time will move. ok just move on to the ultrasound and come back to the psych eval. nothing you can do about t he nutrition visits then can only be once a month but just keep doing stuff and stay on this forum and start eating good by cutting carbs and sugar now...

@shoppindiva I start my pre op on the 28th also as we are surgery buddies..Yeah time seemed to have slowed down though.. Right?
