@agwill it depends on your dr. some of them require weeks of liquid only , some two protein drinks and one small meal , some a month some a week some one day some not at all... You have to find out from YOUR nutritionalist what your dr. says for you. when IS YOUR DATE?

November Sleevers Congrats Guys,I'm getting excited now . let's remember each other as we go through this journey and surgery day. We all got pre op diets coming up and they are sometimes different . What is your Pre-op diet . Mine is two Protein Shakes and a lean meat and vegetable meal for dinner . They say I can a little carb at night but im gonna not do that , oh and Jello, sugarless pops for snacks.. Not so bad.... @MeredithElaine I just noticed we have the exact same weight ,height, bmi and goal weight wow we have a lot in common lol.

@MeredithElaine when is your surgery ? and I am a quitter too three weeks now for me as well soooo happy . It was something I thought I would not be able to easily do but the surgery requirements gave me that push and God has given me the strength to do it so it was not as bad. Keep it up I am as I know you are looking forward to the day where we don't think about it at allllllll……… That day is coming where this will be a thing so far in the past we wont even remember we ever smoked....
