    Hi ! My sleeve surgery is 3rd of aug so pretty close to yours. I'm sort of struggling with the pre op diet atm. I think knowing I need to avoid alot of foods just makes me want them more [emoji85]. But I just keep thinking of why I'm doing it. You can do this ! [emoji123]
