  1. I’m in the same boat! I feel just as confused as you do about my HP requirements and only by reading these posts did I discover that approval can take a while. I have my required ultrasounds and blood tests scheduled tomorrow and I’m finding out I have to pay $500 because of my deductible. I thought full coverage meant I would t have to pay so I’m going to jot down a list of questions for my weight loss program so I can move forward more confidently. It seems “all set” when you go for first consult but I have a feeling it can still go either way. Good luck! Lmk if you find out anything helpful.
