Great I'm scared dont no what to expect I hope I will be able to follow all the guidelines after the surgery.

I'm 3 visits away til my surgery date I want to know how the first 4 weeks are after surgery.

3 more visits I'm kinda nervous about surgery mentally and physically and emotionally but I pray I can do this liquid diet for a week then puree diet🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙅‍♀️😥

You will do it . Just take it day by day . Try to get your 8000 steps in now and try to drink ur Water as wel. I also took Biotin 6months before my surgery so my hair wouldn’t fall out and I took the chewy Multi Vitamins as well . U have 3 months before surgery - prepare ! I also started drinking my Protein Shakes in the am (I mix with Decaf hazelnut coffee ) it’s great in the am

I am only one month out. But I wanted to post. I dont have many pictures of me pre op. I avoided the camera.
Starting weight- 252
Pre op weight- 244
One month out - 220

I just pray everything goes well and I can stop taking high blood pressure medication

Thanks I think I'm going with the sleeve I just want to know was it hard to drink 64oz of Water and 60mg of Protein the first 4 weeks.

Mu cousin suggested I do the by pass but I want the sleeve the thought of rerouting your intestines is scarey
