I just do Soup just as always did...... I think your main thing is you don't want to do liquids before or after if you had a solid meal because it makes it move out of your stomach faster

I am looking for someone who had gained quite a bit of weight after having had the bypass surgery and successfully re-lost all the weight and what program or diet they used to do this
