  3. My first “meal”was cream of wheat then scrambled eggs. Never been happier to eat something not liquid.
  4. I like the premier clear. I cut it with some water and ice. It is pretty good.
  5. I am now 5 days post op and finding it difficult to tolerate full liquids. Today I am trying to get in enough protein with my clear liquids. I do find that the protein broths are easier to drink than the sugary protein shakes. You just have to drink more of it to get the same protein.
  6. My surgery is Friday. Works no all week will help to get thru the rest of the liquid diet. So far so good but having trouble getting a whole protein shake in, in one meal. The clear protein drinks seem to be more palatable. Ordered some more protein chicken broth. Any others ideas for pushing thru? It has been helpful to see othersgoing thru as I am.
  7. I usually put my drink away from where I am eating, sometimes even in another room.
  8. Glad you are home and doing well.
