What a difference a year makes!
  2. When you go to reply to a post, there will be a paperclip in the bottom left corner. Click on that, and that is where you can choose your pic!

I just love your skirt! Where did you find it?
  4. My Thyroid test just came back as hyper, but I have been stuck at around the same weight for awhile now. Hope you figure it out!
  5. I sure they open soon!
  6. I haven't found many edibles that do anything for me. I did have a gummy last week that I did feel. However, the other day I made "banana" muffins and they don't do much for me.
  7. Congratulations! I had my gall bladder out at surgery ( a surprise). Welcome to the losers bench!
  8. I have been doing a lot of walking lately. Not sure if that is an option for you. Another place to go for exercise videos is Youtube. I have found so many different things to do, even dance classes! I think you have a great attitude and will do great!
  9. I just made beet/orange/kale juice this morning and after only a few sips I have an upset stomach. I looked it up and this is normal for beet juice. It tastes so good, but......
  10. I really like the app "daily calm" there is a free version also. There are things to listen to to help you sleep, like a sound machine, they also have stories to put you to sleep. I haven't had to use it since surgery though. I have managed to keep a very strict sleep schedule. I go to bed at the same time and get up without an alarm at the same time each morning.
  11. I can see the difference for sure. It is hard to see it in ourselves! You look great!
  12. Following as I have the same issue, though I haven't changed my diet. I do notice that any sugar/carbs cause me severe loud gas!
  13. Wow, great job! What an inspiration you are!
  14. I had such bad Gerd after my sleeve that I ended up with a fistula (whole) in my stomach and was revised to the bypass. If you already have Gerd I would recommend the bypass. Good luck with your decision!
  15. Happy Easter! Enjoy your treat!
  16. I agree, contact Blue Cross to see what they need. I have BCBS and was approved, and I bet it is an easy fix for you! Good luck!
  17. Does anyone else get a stomach ache from Crystal Light? It only happens at the beginning of the glass, but I can drink the rest pain free. Weird!
  18. I don't have a Costco near me but I like to buy frozen salmon and shrimp. A really quick meal!
  19. I really wanted to be at 150 by today, but missed my goal by 11 pounds. I am really happy with my progress though.
  20. My knees cause me issues, but are much better after losing weight. I do however get injections from time to time. It doesn't help either that it is so damp and humid this time of year with spring storms. Recently I started take Move Free Ultra, it is a joint supplement and a very tiny pill. I also am trying Turmeric supplements and they seem to help as well. I hope you find a solution soon!
  21. My average protein looks to be around 60 to 70 a day according to Myfittnesspal. I haven't had a protein shake for a month or more now.
