Knees killing me!

I am almost a year from anniversary date of gastric bypass. Woot woot! But my knees are now killing me. Before the surgery I had issues with my knees and had anthroscopic surgery on the right one. However, now both my knees hurt so bad that climbing stairs or sitting low has become a huge pain. Could it be muscle loss and now too much weight is bearing down? I’m just at a lost. Anybody else experiencing this??

My knees cause me issues, but are much better after losing weight. I do however get injections from time to time. It doesn't help either that it is so damp and humid this time of year with spring storms. Recently I started take Move Free Ultra, it is a joint supplement and a very tiny pill. I also am trying Turmeric supplements and they seem to help as well. I hope you find a solution soon!

MzzDani do you like fish? If so try having salmon at least 2x a week so you can get the omega 3 fats and all the other great nutrients that it has. It could be a 'not enough' healthy fats issue. As Lynda486 says Tumeric couldn't hurt. Vital source collagen/protein powder might be helpful too. I hope the pain subsides and keep us posted.

So I went and bought the move free ultra. I got the fast comfort and the triple action. Walgreens has them bogo free. Plus I got the turmeric. I’ll let y’all know how this goes.
