Fluffychick, I am so happy to hear that this haggard look might go away. I had a neighbor tell me I needed to go home and rest that I looked so tired! ?

- ❄DEC 2019 CHALLENGE❄
I spend time in nature every day. I will start doing meditation each day, I have the "Calm" app on my phone. 1. My personal goal is to get into an exercise routine, I love yoga! 2. I had a revision from a Vertical Banded Gastroplasty to a RYN. 3. My weight has stalled at 186 and my BMI is 30 4. My favorite winter activity used to be baking breads and cookies, guess I will find something to replace it!- Im finally doing it

I meant to post this to food b4 and after but I screwed up lol- Turkey Leftovers
I made Turkey Tetrazzini tonight. A regular recipe for my husband. Mine had zoodles instead of noodles. He didn't even know it was fat free soup!- What percent of your stomach do they take out?
I am an exception, they took my stomach because it's terrible condition, so all I have left is the pouch. They also took my gall bladder which was a surprise to wake up to.- ADHD and Migraine Meds After Surgery
I took vyvanse after my sleeve along with a couple others and had no issues, it should be okay!- First Post Sleeve Thanksgiving Meals?
Mostly I had turkey, but I also had a small spoon of green bean casserole, Sugar free sweet potato casserole (not the best), mashed potatoes/gravy, and stuffing. I ended up eating a spoon of each. Then and hour later I had 2 bites of pumpkin pie with sugar free whipped topping. Oh, and we all had a glass of stout craft beer (barley any carbonation, I didn't even burp lol) Hope everyone had a great day!- No leak test done?
The reason you are not feeling restriction is that what you are eating/drinking are slider foods meaning they go right through your pouch. Once you are onto eating a more solid diet you will begin to feel the restriction. Hope that helps!- Going out to eat...
My husband calls me a cheap date ?- keeping my head up
It is so nice to see you with a smile on your face! I hope you go home soon!- Food log app
I like www.myfitnesspal.com It is a free app that you can upgrade to a paid service. I use the free one for now. It is pretty easy to use also!- Really Enhanced Turkeys for Thanksgiving
We raised our own Turkeys one year, they lived in the coop with the chickens. I think they thought they were chickens. They are very entertaining and tasty!- Insurance and body lift ... IT'S A JOKE

I also have lines where there were none before..... I don't think Oil of Olay is going to cut it!- Really Enhanced Turkeys for Thanksgiving
Thanks for sharing, that is really interesting!- Married with WLS
I have been married for 28 years (on Leap Day) This is the second time we have gone through this and I would say we are stronger than ever. My husband weighs 135/140, and very active. He bought us a tandem bike and we plan to take advantage of the trails here in Missouri next year.- 6 reasons drinking water helps you lose weight.
I thought this was interesting! https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/322296.php#how-much-water-do-you-need-to-drink- 11 1/2 weeks and stalled... but....
I am going to really concentrate on getting my water in. I know it could mean I will eat less. Right now I drink a 10 oz. cup of coffee, a 16 oz. glass of crystal light (with Benefiber) first thing in the morning. I am getting to the point that I get some pain (fullness) if I drink to fast, so it is hard to hydrate!- 1 Month Anniversary
Usually WLS patients tend to stall around week 3 to 4. I did for sure. Make sure you are getting your water in and walking. I am 10 weeks out and I started upping my calories as best I could. I am still only getting from 400 to 775 a day. I am concentrating on getting my water and protein in.- Shortness of breath/ light headed
Please call your surgeons office for advice. Let us know what you find out please!- Hernia removal
I also lost my gall bladder during my surgery. They also removed most of my stomach. I had not felt sick until the weeks prior to my surgery when I was a tad nauseous and losing weight.- One week post-OP with two complaints
I recommend taking your measurements. It helped me out tremendously when the scale wasn't moving much. Turned out I had lost 27 inches! - ❄DEC 2019 CHALLENGE❄
