Cashunda reacted to sapMegan in Weird Water Nausea...suggestions?
I was told to add a lemon wedge to my Water bottle, or you can add the sugar free flavors. I was reading that plain Water is one of the hardest things on the stomach that's why people who are dehydrated have such a hard time keeping it down. The flavorings change the enzymes your body produces in response so your stomach can handle it easier.

Cashunda reacted to sweetsagi in Approved!
This was so easy it’s almost unbelievable. My insurance literally has no requirements other than the BMI. Under 40 one co-morbidity over 40 you’re good. That’s it! No psych evaluation or 6 month diet. I was told by the insurance if I meet any of those requirements I’m automatically approved and I was! YAY!! Surgery date 7/1. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Cashunda reacted to Stitches78 in how often did you feel buyers remorse having the surgery
The pain sucked...but I think after a week and a half it was more of an annoyance. It's been 3 weeks, and I still have a little twinge here and there. And if I bend over for too long, I notice it. But, really, I don't regret it. I've lost 40 pounds. My clothes don't fit. The only thing I have a problem with is knowing when to stop. It's like 1 bite makes me feel full. But really, I think about how much better I already feel, and how much better it's going to get, and it keeps me going.
