  1. I am looking forward to it, although I know a lot of hard work is ahead. I am a 58 year old man with a lower bmi, 33, but I have diabetes and the pills and insulin aren't keeping my sugars in check anymore. I really don't mind being the chubby grandpa, but I want even more to be the healthy grandpa; the one the grandkids remember, because he hung around for awhile. Change is always a bit scary, but in this case it is also necessary. Bring it on!
