  1. @Arabesque I love that skirt! The colorful sweater is gorgeous with it and makes your waist look tiny.

  2. Not so much an OOTD as a reflection. I flew in to Dublin yesterday to attend The Frames concert this evening. Not only was I (relatively) comfortable in my coach seat for 9 hours, I was able to buy a size small sweatshirt at the show and had no worries about whether they would have one that fits me or not.

I've attempted to reply to this in so many ways but I'd be banned. Have the day you deserve.

WTAF? @Arabesque just shared some interesting research and also congratulated you. Any offense taken was entirely of your own invention. I’d encourage you to spend more time here and see how truly supportive the regulars, such as @Arabesque are. Great information and encouragement is provided on a regular basis, should you be receptive to it.

Vacay OOTD (yes we had some fun posing and “photo-shooting” on the beach! Lol)

I haven’t pooped in 10 days so I’m pretty effing bloated.

Anyone else have trouble pooping on vacation??? Happens to me Every. Single. Time.

    Le Sigh.

TEN DAYS???!!!??? Oh man, that sounds miserable! I’d be getting out the big guns after day 3.

You look amazing, that color is gorgeous and you’ve got the hot mama bikini bod!

I’m currently on vacay in Dublin. No need for bikinis here!

Thanks! I should try to get less form fitting clothes at some point 😆

No way! That’s one of the best parts of what we’ve all been through-being able to show off our bodies and not needing to cover up in loose clothing anymore. You look amazing, keep up what you’re doing :)

It has been unseasonably cold so, sweater knit dress. This is a size small. I do not wear a size small BUT it’s a heavy rib knit with great cross grain stretch so any other size may have been too big. Side note: I think I’ve finally come to the conclusion that I have a short torso.

(Also maybe I need to clean my mirror 🧐😂)

Love this! Shows off your killer curves ❤️

    …and these are for nighttime/dinners

The shorter dress is actually red (dunno why it looks so orange-y in the pic). I realized today when i was deciding on buying it that I have never owned/wore a fully red dress before! Go figure.

These are all gorgeous, but I especially love the blush colored one. You are going to be the hot mama of the resort!

  8. Another sunny day in Portland, another bikini pic. Besides my VSG, my boobs are my favorite investment I’ve made 😂

I love that blue colour too @GreenTealael. So fresh. Perfect for spring.

I’m always fascinated by how easy it often is to date wedding gowns. Sleeve shapes, frills, fabrics, shapes, wraps. Can’t wait to see everyone’s pxts of their gowns. Great idea @Sophie7713.

How did I miss you went to Kleindfield’s @ms.sss?? Who looked after you? Disappointed you didn’t see Randy. And yes, let’s push OOTD back up on trending topics. food before & after & OOTD are my favourite threads too. Let’s get some of the newer forum members posting.

Bought these pewter stretch boots a couple of weeks ago. Looking forward to their first wearing. Love the reflective heel.

PS. Waffle weave blanket twinsies @Sophie7713. I love mine & keep it on my bed all year round. It’s the perfect weight during our summer when I still feel cold.

Those boots are amazing! Leather skirt or pants to go with? A slinky dress? You’ll definitely need to show us what outfit you pair them with!

  10. My parents are prepping to downsize. They brought this when they came to visit me recently. Not only can I wear my high school letterman’s jacket, it’s actually roomy. And back then I thought I was fat!

Gorgeous! Seeing these kind of dresses is making me crave summer. I can just see you sitting on a tropical beach at sunset in that blue dress. Your waist looks tiny!

That is a cute bikini! Are the back straps transparent? 😍

That is bizarre! I snapped about 6 pics, looked back and they all look like that. There is a regular strap-not sure why it looks like it’s missing !

Lynn, can you talk about the skin surgery? What you had done, results, healing time/process. I anticipate that I will look like a baked apple in a year. I am fine with skin surgery but at the same time hearing from a patient and not just the doc is so helpful!

    Thanks

I also had major plastic surgery post weight loss:a Tummy Tuck with muscle repair & Lipo to my flanks, a breast lift & augmentation, and an arm lift. I took three weeks off work and felt well enough to go back at that point. My PS was Jan of 2021. My breast scars are invisible, the TT scar has lightened up significantly. The arm lift scars are still pretty pink, but I’m ok with that. I’m so glad I took that next step.

Thank you for sharing your experience!! I was actually interested in the recovery process and pain as well since I’m looking into getting plastics soon

Like most surgeries, my first three days were rough. I did make myself start walking right away. First day wasn’t much, maybe a block or so. I slowly increased every day. I’ve always felt gentle exercise helps me with pain control, plus it’s good for prevention of post op complications like blood clots and pneumonia. By week three I was back to work full time as a nurse.

Who was your surgeon for plastics? You look amazing!!! Also, did he do your legs? I’m worried about my legs and of course my lower tummy. Thank you for any advice 🙏

I went to Dr. Alex Earle in Miami. He didn’t touch my legs, but the Tummy Tuck gave them a bit of a lift too. Down by my knees, not so much. A thigh lift will happen at some point but i just bought a home and am taking two big vacations this year so it’s been deferred.
