your more likely to get hiatal hernia from bypass surgery stomach ulcers or perforation etc etc etc. from the bypass.. -

i have taken 3 nsaid the last few weeks due to some nagging back pain issues no problem btw way my bariatric doctor and surgeon said you can occasionally take them thank goodness i choose the sleeve over the bypass -
i been on nexium for a few years now and that has kept my gerd under control pre and after surgery

the stomach wll keep rumbling lol it still does for me almost 5 months out ...

i had extreme stomach area pain for 10 days post op my stomach area was all red i had to take narcotics 4 pills a day after that over time the pain subsided as the bruises were healing..

so far in a week short of 5 months i have lost a total of 94 pounds not shabby

i lost 18 pounds first 16 days i was 347;4 surgery day..then next time i was weighed i lost 35 pounds in 41 days.. then i lost another 24 pounds in 48 days.. then i get weighed tomorrow been another 39 days since i was weighed last ..

could be venous insuffieincy in legs or peripheral neuropathy if it is not restless legs.. -

i had 4 procedures done on my legs front and back both legs..it has not improved my leg issues... -

another benefit of the sleeve over the bypass with the sleeve you can occasionally take nsaid.. while the bypass it is 100% no.. -
i have seen protein bars in my local supermarket 10 gm of protein and only 90 calories i think i will try them..

i had the sleeve 4 months ago and had terrible gerd for 10 years before the surgery.. i take daily nexium keeps my gerd in check -

you can always take nexium to combat your gerd for the sleeve.. -
when did you experience your first dumping episode following your surgery..i had mine today drinking sweetened gatorade i ran out of the zero kind....

no one should have any regret less than 4 months out and i already have lost 85 pounds and can fit into clothes i had first time in 4 years even jackets i can close up and zip with added room to spare

i saw one doc video and he said converting to a bypass from a sleeve is not worth it for a extra 15- 25 pound weight loss... unless you have serious gerd issues.. if you want the best wls the duodenal switch would be easier for a sleeve patient since it is part of the switch surgery.. but you have to spend 100-200 dollars month on vitamins alone for that procedure.. -

i was freezing cold in the beginning but the feeling went away within 2 weeks...
