  5. but i dont experience heartburn or chest pain, could it still be GRED? just feel nausea similar to the one i get after eating, and my stomach capacity is less. do i need to take my PPI pills everyday or only before meals? because my instructions say take twice a day before meals. but sometimes i go the whole day without eating so i dont take it.
  6. i guess its different for everybody, i didn't feel much pain after i woke up, and when they discharged me, they gave me painkillers that i never had to use. but the guy next to me was CRYING and screaming for his life, he BEGGED the nurse for more painkillers. so i don't know.

  10. i am 2 months out, and sometimes i vomit without having ate anything for a long time ( of course no real vomit/liquid comes out because my stomach is empty, but i still do it as if i were to throw up something) i hope you understood what i meant. i dont know if its my stomach enzymes filling it up or whats the deal. it happened 4 times so far
  11. i am disappointed at how much protein there is in some "high protein foods" like an egg has only 6g of protein, thats NOTHING, why is it considered "high protein"? same with lentils and beans (except red beans) and cheese i need 20-30g of protein per 100g of food, thats what i consider high protein
  12. Eating became a chore for me, its not enjoyable at ALL, its become this chore i have to do, and i barely can get 55-60 grams proteins a day how do you do it?
  13. these are not dollars ? its a different currency. it roughly costs about 4 dollars
  14. i bookmarked the link, the first app you linked isn't compatible with my device unfortunately, but i downloaded the fitnesspal one. thanks very much for your help and resources
  15. when will i be normal again? when will eating stop being a hard task? i don't mind the small quantities, i just hate wondering if the next bite will make me throw up
  16. alright i will stop buying fruit salads, too bad the lentils, beans and tuna all make me feel nauseated after 1-2 spoons maybe i'll stick to liquid protein (shakes and Greek yogurt) for 1 more week.
