  1. It is natural to panic before any major step or commitment we make in life. I was a wreck the day before my surgery and actually started freaking out and crying minutes before I went in. Fortunately my Doc was great and reassured me that this happens often. Just keep reminding yourself that this was not a decision that you came to over night. Keep your eye (and thoughts) on how much better life will be when you lose weight and can get a new start at life! I am 2 months post op. This was the best decision I ever made in my life. I know I am going to lose the weight this time, and I can not wait to get started on my new life as a thinner, healthier person. Jump in with both feet and take control of your life!!
