  1. Thank you! So I’ve experimented and finding making my own protein shakes is more tolerable thAnk ready made ones. Cold fluids are really good! Enjoying ice at the moment

  3. Hey so I had my surgery 13/05/84 and wanted to know if there was anyone else out there who found it hard to drink “clear soup” from the hospital? After that I was vomiting clear fluid and then was dizzy with attempting cold water but funny enough herbal teas have been doing the trick on day two
