  1. Omg I have been experiencing the same thing. I been sleeping on 5he floor it helps.
  2. Ok everyone I am worried. I have only lost a total of 15lbs in 4 weeks is that even normal? I do a lot of walking and my protein intake has been 60gm per day. But I lost 4 pant sizes. My doctor says yo slow down on the protein.
  3. MOM is the way to go. I had pain too but in my right side. Just make sure you walk and that time Will come. Everyone's body is different just make sure you consume enough water too. Good luck hun
  4. I would suggest to follow Dr request him told me to take stool softener right after but I waited. I could not poop until I did an edema. Oh that was the most painful thing besides labor lol. Please walk walk walk and drink water with fiber. I'm on my 3 weeks post op and still not pooping correctly. The struggle is real.

  7. It's my day 4 and I feel like I'm still in pain. My right side hurts bad. I been craving crazy foods. I feel like I'm not noticing when I'm full. My stomach is still very swollen and I can't poop. Can someone help!!! You every went through this?
  8. Oh I can TOTALLY understand you. I woke up the same way. And still have been in pain this is day 3 for me. I also had a esophagus hernia operation. The doctor said to me only extra strength aspirin. Like Really I'm in LOTS of pain. I have had 2 c-sections but this pain was horrible. I can deal with that pain. I hope you heal fast and healthy.

  10. I'm on my day 2 after surgery. Pain is still very hard since they also operated me from a hernia. But everything else has been smooth. Keep food down no nausea.

  13. Thank you well I was just discharged. I thank God I'm not throwing up or nothing. Dr was amazed on how well I been doing.
  14. Well everyone I had my sleeve done today. Now it's meal time so I have all these choices umm. Pain has been horrible but it's under control now.
  15. I FINALLY have everything all done from food shopping to hospital bag and vitamins. I just been stressing so much I been failing my diet plan. I hope I don't gain weight or my doc will cancel [emoji21]. Anyone else have been stress eatting? I am nervous please anyone have suggestions? Lol
