  1. It depends on your health issues. Their situation where people have chosen to go with the sleeves and then have to convert to gastric bypass. I think that you should just do a lot of research on both procedures and she was which one is best for you. I did the gastric bypass and I'm 14 days post-op and I haven't had any abnormal complication, but it is a challenge. Both procedures are just tools to help you loose waves so either way it's going to be challenging. What I love about this app is that the support that you received from different people all over.   7. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones, but 9 days post op and able to lay on my stomach now with no pain or soreness sleep is good. Only if I can get my daily protein and water intaken in I would say it all good. Sent from my SM-G950F using BariatricPal mobile app

  9. JanJan19, I totally understand where u coming from cause I feel the same way I'm 9 days out and can't wait to eat some eggs and tuna. I too use to love premiere shake but now I have to force them down. I mostly just do water, soup, pudding, and jello. I just wanted to say I can really to your story.   10. I'm doing somewhat better thanks to asking. I lay on my side with a pillow. But I stay that way until I get my husband to help me to turn over.. [emoji1] the pain is real. I avoid the pain MEDs as much as possible haven't had it in two days. I was able to ride in the car today without feeling like I was going to die for being shaking up. Lol....   16. I had surgery on Monday there was some pain but the nurse told me if I walk the hallway it will help with the pain so I walked soon as I was put in a room. It helped with the gas pain as well. Sent from my SM-G950F using BariatricPal mobile app

  19. Update: Surgery went great, only real pain I'm having is gas pain from the air they use during surgery. I assum the pain meds I'm keeping the real pain away. I been up and walking around and eating my measured ice. Surgery has been nothing like I image. and I'm so happy it wasn't. I want to thank you all for your kind words and motivation.
