More black. Ha! Off to my hairdresser & then lunch with my mother. Bought these sarong pants in Melbourne. They have deep flaps on a yoke so at first glance it looks like a skirt. I bought the knotted waist T in Brisbane when I got back.
Having my eyebrows microbladed on Monday. They’re going out in sympathy with my hair and falling out too and I’m so tired of drawing & painting them on everyday.

I covered up my hideous face and tried to take this at an angle where the light would let it sparkle, but it didn’t work out too good. Definitely need to work on this bra sitch, but here it is from a couple of angles! What do you think? We may go on a cruise in March and I’ll take it along then.

Good Morning beautiful lovelies. I am up and ready, and my boss told me to come in late. We woke up to snow this morning and we got about 4 inches. My boss knows I live out of town and the snow plows don’t get to us till later so she said stay for a little while. Now I’m enjoying the quiet with my cup of coffee while I let my daughter sleep a little longer. I have a long sleeve shirt under my sweater because I’m always cold anyways. You guys have seen the skirt when I tried it on. I coupled it with an obi belt today and I think it works pretty well?

Just got back from all those places with my family. I'm 4 months PO and it was so amazing not running/hiding from cameras!! My entire family was there and it was such a great and freeing time!!
After all that letting lose, I came back weighing less than I went

So Jake, have a fantastic time because with all that activities and walking, the weight keeps dropping no matter what your little pouch allows you to eat!! I wish I could say I was as conscientious as you, I wasn't and I was prepared for the consequences.

I'll definitely be following your adventures

My daughter had a birthday party yesterday as she was born on Christmas day and this is how to separate her birthday from Christmas. I overindulged so on my way to the gym [emoji57]

You are not alone mr.sean!!! I've had to make sure ALL nuts have been taken out of my pantry because though I'm snacking on "healthy foods", I'm snacking A LOT! So I've had to reset myself since the holidays are over.
The surgery is definitely not an easy way out as retraining the BRAIN is not for the fainthearted [emoji18][emoji57]
Since getting back on track, I've dropped 2lbs in 2 days which didn't happen the entire last month though I've lost serious inches that when my sis who has not seen me in a while saw me, she begged me not to lose any longer![emoji18][emoji57]. I think it's the dramatic difference....we'll see how I feel as I continue to lose.

But keep your head and chin up as we plug along. Remember we are just 4 and half months post OP. We still have time to recalibrate.

I sort of did. I was never a sweets person (I always preferred salty stuff).
Since about 4-5 months post WLS, I began to realllllly like dessert, LOL.
I was recently gifted a whole bunch of sugar-free candy...maybe that would help a little?
