My surgery was 4/9 before the surgery i was 268 and am 243 now I also think the weight loss is moving really slow

I had my surgery on 04/09/19. Before the surgery I was 265 at my 1 week post op I was 243 but two weeks after when I weighed myself it’s say 250 am not sure what exactly is going on, like am really losing my mind . I had to stop taking my vitamins because they wouldn’t stay down so my doctor asked me to stop taking them until am ready I to take the in 4 weeks. Did anyone going through this.
