  1. I hope so. Ive completed almost all my task. My biggest issue is using the CPAP . My Sleep Dr sent a letter to Sparrow stating I'm in compliance so I'm kind of wondering if I can stop it now.

  3. I love reading your post. I will be 65 in August. My surgery should be scheduled about that time. My current weight of 235 has created all sorts of problems this past year including HP, Sleep A, Planter Fciatus, I'm looking forward to many retirement goals next year and I don't want to be weighed down. I must say this mandatory weight management 6 months out has been rather eye opening and I'm more determined than every to finally lose this excess weight and to never let it return . I will keep you posted. Lisa Marie
