  1. Today marks one week since my gastric bypass. It has been a rough start, but I’m feeling and getting better everyday. I make sure I’m walking at least 30 minutes every day. I am still struggling with hunger. But I assume —it is my hope— that the hunger goes away. I have 12 days until my first follow-up appointment. At that point, I hope the doctor will move me to the next level. I’ve dropped 10 pounds since surgery day. It’s a struggle, but I’m taking it one day at a time.
  2. I’m not Really sure. Monday was just a bad day for me.
  3. Hey guys... I’m looking for an accountability buddy in or near Memphis. Let me know.
  4. I’m 4 days post-op and I find that I am struggling with hunger. I’m drinking the water and protein shakes, but I’m still very hungry. Am I the only one who is/has struggling/ed wish this? If so, what did you do? What should I do?
  5. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
  6. I had GB on Thursday (4/18) and now that I’m home, I’ve gained the weight back I loss during the clear liquid stage. I’m assuming it has something to do with the swelling and all the fluids I was given in the hospital. However, is that normal or should I be concerned?
