  4. Hey there, I'm a week post OP an I wish u luck, its is going to chang your life in a good way. I had the vertical band n 06 bit last July it went bad so I got a revision from vertical banded gastroplasti to gastric bypass 4/2 & feeling good! ~Bing~

  8. Premier protein shake flavor banana and cream is very good. I was hesitant about the flavor but it puts a spin n weightloss shake. Try it. I also open it, sip it a bit then freeze it an eat as freeze. ~Bing~
