I'm having surgery May 20.
I am not sure what I should be doing besides making small strides in the food and exercise department.
How did you prepared yourself in the month approaching surgery??
Did you tell your family and friends? I've only told my side of the family. Not the in-laws.

It’s Sunday night. My surgery is Tuesday. I’ve actually made it through 13 days of a liquid diet and lost 11 pounds. Tomorrow I’m on Clear Liquids all day. I also am having my teeth cleaned tomorrow.
I am very nervous.
I keep thinking I’m forgetting something.

My Pooch, Sheba, will be glad when this is all over. Hoping we can take longer walks in coming days. My surgery is scheduled for May 8
