    Hello! Its been years since I have been on this website. Long enough to start over. What I am looking for now, as I am actually looking to have the surgery this year. I need to be able to complete the Psych Eval online as taking off work is pretty difficult. Does anyone have any information that they can share in this regard, any information is welcomed.
