I stalled on my second week , it’s really annoying , I kept looking at my book asking myself maybe I’m doing something wrong but I’m now on my third week and the scale is moving , everyone is different . My friend lost 50 lbs in a month and I’m on my third week with only 30 lbs down .

I’m at my purée stage now but I’m actually a little afraid of how my stomach might get . I miss gulping my Water too lol these little tiny sips kill me !

I’m 3 weeks out and still have Constipation . It gets bad for me , I’ve never had problems with constipation til now . I’ll be in the bathroom maybe 40 mins screaming because of the pain . I add Fiber sometimes even Miralax to my drinks but nothing seems to work ! When you find a solution please post 😭
