  2. I still have heartburn I unfortunately which I heard is a sign you should go through with the rny which I am not ready for. I am 6 months out. So I still just take my omeprozol everyday.

  6. I’m about to start this journey again too so I’m glad I’m not the only one who is having these worries but also working on overcoming them.
  7. I’ve done the daily Burn when they were new and then a few years later. I thought they had a great selection of workouts based on where you are in your journey and they were fun. I just didn’t keep it up because of budget but I’d do it again in a heartbeat
  8. No regrets here and I even had it done in Mexico so I don’t have a lot of medical support follow up here. I’m 5 months post op and I’m down almost 70 pounds. It feels so great and my only regret is I let myself talk myself out of it for so many years.

  11. I am 6 months out now and I started drinking pop slowly again at almost 5 months. Some may say thats too soon or you shouldn’t, but I like pop and Its not hurting me
  12. I drink pop again now, I love Coke Zero but I keep it to one or two a week and I usually have to do fountain drinks because it’s less fizzy.
