I’m 5 months post op and I’m down almost 70 pounds. It feels so great and my only regret is I let myself talk myself out of it for so many years. -

Beegrrly got a reaction from GreenTealael in Coke zero helpI am 6 months out now and I started drinking pop slowly again at almost 5 months. Some may say thats too soon or you shouldn’t, but I like pop and Its not hurting me
