  1. Thank you everyone! Im probably over thinking it as I’ve not even had the surgery yet and already worried. It’s self pay though and I just don’t want to have wasted all that money.
  2. I am scheduled for the sleeve in April. I’m reading a lot about patients who have regained some of their weight back down the road and complain of the Ghrelin hormone returning. Is this guaranteed and will my stomach slowly go back to its pre surgical size??
  3. I’m scheduled for my surgery through Blossom April 16th. They’ve been pleasant to work with so far and I love that’s it’s not a huge hassle so far while other places I talked to want your first born. I’m also self pay and flying in.
  4. Hey April friends! Is there anything someone has read that is a must have post op or for the hospital? I’m so excited and looking to pack my bag/get my liquids ready. I’m debating on unflavored protein to add to broths or to just buy protein soups. Thoughts!
  5. April 16th for me! I’ll be getting the sleeve and I’m super excited!
  6. Hi! I am scheduled to be sleeved April 2019. I am on the lower BMI side to qualify. Has anyone skipped the pre op diet to avoid losing any weight? Mine is not a liquid diet but low carb. I understand it’s to shrink the liver but what do you think the minimum timeframe is to do it and still successfully shrink your liver?
