  1. 3 month post op. Although I am losing weight and finding my clothes becoming looser, I still have this feeling of shame / embarrassment and thinking how shameful I feel of putting on so much weight in my late twenties. Only my parents know what surgery I had and I didn’t tell any of my friends. I’ve told them I’m on a diet. Was feeling little bit like my normal self yesterday until i was asked out for a meal with distant family and realise I can’t go as I can’t eat much. Anyone else feeling anything Similar?
