    Hello All, My name is Amy and my surgery is scheduled for May 22. I start my liquids on Thursday (which is perfect, because my B-day is tomorrow and I get to enjoy a glass of wine before starting this journey)! Anyway, I live in Dallas, TX and have great family and friends to support me in this new lifestyle. I'm 5'5 and 240, always struggling with my weight. A big motivation for me to finally take control of my life is my 19 month old son. I want to be healthy to see him grow up. Good luck to everyone!
