  1. I had my band removed after it turned side ways & pushed my stomach up through my diaphram. I had suffered for 4 years with it. going in for fills & unfills, then my dr closed his practice & no one would take me on. I would vomit anytime I ate. When I had my hiatal hernia repair done, I had the band removed. I since have lost 160lbs, by drinking unjury shakes & excercising 320/160 sixe 28 now size 8
