Looking for information on doing a Keto based plan. I’m 5 months post op and need ideas on how much Protein to consume in a day and how many carbs. Any suggestions out there?

Had my surgery on January 16th and I am almost 4 months post op. I have noticed in the past 3 weeks that my hair is really falling out. I have read tons of peoples comments and knew this was most likely going to happen, but when it starts to happen to you it can be scary.

Just asking to see if other January sleevers are experiencing this as well and what are you doing to help with it? I take Biotin and eat as much Protein as I can (probably could eat more). Any tips or tricks?
