So I am currently in the soft food phase but I'm wondering other than tuna salmon, and eggs what else are you guys eating? I just made zucchini noodles with ground turkey with marinara sauce and it was delicious but now I'm wondering if that was even okay?

I started my weight loss journey a month ago. I had my gastric sleeve surgery on Jan 24 2019. So far I have lost a total of 23lbs, but I think I've lost more in inches! I can feel the difference a little, but it's still early. I find that taking a weekly picture helps. Here is a picture journey into my journey.... From week one to week four!

So I am starting to believe they are a myth! I have been on dating sites and most women have dogs or don't like cats. WTH? where are all the single cat ladies that I always heard so much about? I'm a single cat guy so it's obvious that a single cat lady is my match. haha
