  1. Lol!!!! I get all upset but I don't throw stuff. Haven't got to that point [emoji23] (yet)
  2. Finally got out of my stall that was driving me crazy. If you're doing everything right there's no point in geting all stressed out (even tho I do )
  3. Yes,my measurments are going down. I had to go down one size in my pants but that number not moving is driving me crazy..
  4. Ohhh, thanks so much. I was so worried and trying to figure out what I could do better. I knew there was going to be stalls but not so early in the journey.
  5. I'm 5 weeks post op,almost 6. Lost 20 lb in the first 4 weeks and these last 2 weeks I'm just stuck. Following everything and started working out 5 days a week. Is this normal?

  7. I was going to do that but my doctor said that because of the surgery the pills wouldn't be so effective and I'm not trying to be pregnant any time soon lol. So if I was you I would look into that. ?
  8. They told me I wasn't allowed to take any Tylenol so I've been sucking it up [emoji123] lol but the pain is bad, on top of that I got my first dumping yesterday. So I didn't know if it was one or the other. Such a bad day
  9. Does anyone has had really really bad cramps after vsg? I'm going to be a month post op in a couple days and I am in SO MUCH PAIN, idk if it's the surgery or that I got an IUD not too long ago...
