Hey, you're doing awesome. I would suggest not to weight yourself everyday.. It's nos going to show any results. My doctor told me once a month. ( obviously I can't do that lol) but I see more results doing it once a week

Yes, that's totally familiar. I've had this and couldn't find a comfortable position. The only way I would feel "okay" was sitting on the floor with my legs extended to the sides. Like making a V . it's horrible

Have any of you guys experience this? I've been in sooo much pain this last month, I'm 3 months post op. They told me not to take any pain medication. But what am I supposed to do then 🤦

I'm only 3 months post opp and I have so much loose skin in my arms... I started going to the gym right after I got cleared. But like they say in the other comments, it's also about genetics( I'm 23)

It takes longer than that to fall off. By the time I went to my first appointment my doctor told me that by that time they were supposed to be all gone. So I got home and tried to take it off. DON'T DO IT lol, it really hurts and it's better if you just let then fall by themselves

I take only one pill and it has all the Vitamins on it the only thing I take separately is the Calcium just because one takes off the effect of the other( for what the doctor said)

I tried other ones and the flavor is horrible. But I like that one tho

You're supposed to take 2 so it's a month and a half supply. Don't take it with the other Vitamins because it loses it effect

I understand you so much! Like before being at 360 lb I was so confident for some reason. I wouldn't really care taking my clothes off and all that. But now, just 2 months after the surgery and having lost 60 lb since I started I feel so embarrassed, idk. It's just hard.. And yes, you still need some sugar! So I would just don't think too much about it and just enjoy

I wouldn't recommend it just because you have to get used to not having any after the surgery. Cherry pomegranate crystal light tastes good [emoji14]

I had no problem with them the first weeks , maybe you should try having Calcium in a chewable, there's "okay" flavors. I just got this one and it's pretty good

Yea... But somebody has to pay the bills lol. I'm trying to take care of myself but I have to keep workingI haven’t had my surgery yet, but 10 hours is a long day and I’m guessing in a warehouse your pretty active. Maybe since you are only 2 months post op your body is trying to tell you to rest so you can heal. Take care of yourself.

For what I know is included in the Vitamins I'm already taking ..My surgeon told me i had to take B12 daily for the rest of my life. I do the sublingual drops. I’ve heard others complain about the taste but mine doesn’t bother me.

It's probably going to be like a week or even more but you should be fine with the nausea medication they usually prescribe you. If they haven't, ask for some. And the liquids part is difficult but just try to drink a little every 10 minutes.. (Yes, I know is annoying) but you don't want to ge dehydrated

I've had pretty good energy, but then again I'm retired and don't have do do physical labor for 10 hours like you do. I've been going to the gym. I'm eating nearly 100% Protein as I'm full after I eat the protein part of my plate and never get into the grains/carbs/veggies/fruits. And I'm taking all of the chewable vitamins. Good luck!
Taking my Vitamins, Protein Shakes and on top everything I eat is protein since that's the part I can finish. I'm hoping it would just be for now

What do you guys do, take, or suggest to stay up and energetic? I work in a warehouse, 10 hrs shift and I'm dying EVERY DAY! After that I go to the gym and I feel like I can't workout as much as I would want to cause I'm so tired. Asked my doctor and she said that it's like that the first 3 months. Pretty much to deal with it... But it's getting out of control. ( I'm almost 2 months post op)
