after your check up try a reset. lots of info out there to shrink the sleeve if you have stretched it. -
I was only told I could try them at 3 months. some do irritate me, others not so much.

yes it is essentially a half serving. does not make you go, just makes it easier.

try roasted chicken Better than Bullion. it is so much better! they have a veggie broth too.

And MIRALAX is super gentle. no cramps or stomach aches. I have to give it to my special needs son and I would not use it otherwise.

How crappy, rude and insensitive. While It is true that men see size as very different than women do and have NO CONCEPT of actual weight, STILL no excuse to be judegemntal and rude.. so the BIG GAL he is speaking of could be 100lbs or 200lbs. you have very right to feel offended. At 5;10 (but I used to be 6'0" until I got old and shrunk) I feel your pain. -
MIRALAX, 2 tsps. every other day. lots of water. I am 3 months out and all the extra protein is doing it to me too!

yeah you need to go back in for a face to face. this is not normal. I know when I had too much or ate too fast but never throw up. just have that too full feeling until something slides out the bottom lol -

if you can lay on your back and elevate your legs, like up a wall off the bed or somewhere really helps. took mine about 10 days to dissipate completely -
I cant throw up either. I heave and salivate like crazy but no barfing. it is brutal lol

probably the internal stitches. I had a similar dent at first too. and it felt like a knot under the skin. but I had no pain after about 2 days.

I too did this for health reasons, my kids and grandkids. BUT I cant say I don't love the way I look in a nice pair of jeans LOL Don't give up. it is a long process because they want to ensure they are successful. they psych evals, the bloodwork, the counseling. it all adds up. then the insurance priocess. WELL we all know that bites. BTW I love your snarky post LOL I too am fluent in sarcasm!

I do water with my protein powder. some pureed banana for extra potassium.

oh my gosh ya'll are too cute. for me clothes are longer cause the boobs and belly are smaller. I can see my feet, I had to order smaller band for my fitibit, and new running shoes. and new bra and panties since mine kept creeping down under my bootie when I walked -

WOW this is very surprising to me. It is no longer recommended due to the side effects.
