I am only 12 Days out and hit a stall. I have stayed the same for 3 days and I am so up set. I am having problems getting the water down. I know I am not drinking enough. I hope I start to loose again soon this is very discouraging. I try to stay very positive but it is really getting to me.

surgery yesterday. I just got home very disappointed I am ten pounds heaver over night. pain is very mild and i am sipping my water and crystal lite.

I arrive at the hospital tomorrow at 530am. I am getting very nervous.

I am schedule on the 11th also. Hang in there I have to do two week liquid diet and I have low BMI. It took about two days for the low energy and head to go away every it got better.

Starting my second week of pre-op liquid diet. The first few days were tough. I am so motivated I am down 11 pounds.
