  1. Ya it is a struggle for me since I'm not experienced in working out not sure what exercises to do to tone.
  2. That's a great idea. You will be happier when you are happy with yourself. I'm only 20 lbs away from my personal goal weight. I've already reached my doctor's weight just have to focus on toning, which to me is very difficult.
  3. Hi I had my surgery September 26, 2017 and am still doing good. Not sure what I'm looking for but figured everyone here would understand better. [emoji1] and it's a chance to talk to more people who are experiencing the same things as me where it goes from there.....who knows.
