Hi I had my surgery September 26, 2017 and am still doing good. Not sure what I'm looking for but figured everyone here would understand better. That's a great idea. You will be happier when you are happy with yourself. I'm only 20 lbs away from my personal goal weight. I've already reached my doctor's weight just have to focus on toning, which to me is very difficult. Sent from my VS988 using BariatricPal mobile app
