Supposed to be a fitted jumpsuit, but today’s body dysmorphia convinced me that this size would be plenty tight (it looked so tiny on the hanger!) And since changerooms were closed had to take it all the way home to figure out it was in fact too big (even though the kid kept telling me at the store to get the one 2 sizes smaller).
Tried to style it so it looked less “utility” and more “slick”, but then the kid said I look like an airport baggage handler and now I can’t get that image out of my head...soooo its going back. Le Sigh.
Try to find something skin tight... You've worked too hard to look baggage claim couture! Haha.

SO CUTE!!!! Now you're talking like an interior designer! All the nuisances of light and color theory! Haha. Also, important stuff for you in professional photography. Love your jacket, though. And, it does take on differing hues like this lavender leather that goes gray, taupe and beige... Just call us the chameleons!

To me it's more of a blush, next to something beige it appears to also be beige, in the golden hours light of the farm photo - pale baby pink, under florescent light - blush again, in diffused day light - cream, etc.
So I have no clue the true color and I didn't keep the tag 😂

salad lunch for today featuring cabbage slaw, dates, edamame, roasted turkey, green and red peppers with lemon olive oil dressing. This will last all weekend at ¼ servings each. Very fulfilling and satisfies that crunch! AND, my crunch to get a project deadline out. Yikes! No time for kitchen duty! Haha.

Went with a Portuguese style tofu scramble: 2 planks of tofu, spinach, Tomato, jalapeño, and chorizo. Focused on the tofu, spinach and tomatoes with the occasional bite of chorizo.
I'm coming over for breakfast! Looks delish...

lunch with a college friend yesterday & medical appointment today - wearing my new silver & pewter mules (pewter - Lol bring on the 80s again). Finally found the perfect grey top to go with the skirt. Mission accomplished. Only took three weeks. Hooray!
Extraordinary! Love both outfits and those SHOES...wow! So Fluid and feminine. Looks as though spring has sprung? Cheers to kryptonite. I just added some grey to my closet, too, with soft cotton T and flats. BUT I truly admire your silver and pewter mules. ;] Flat style, I wonder? Wish my knees could tolerate a higher heel. ;[

Just pan fried the pepper steak dish on electric stove top. Browned steak first with a splash of olive oil - Set meat aside. Turned up heat to sear peppers and onions in steak drippings. Added steak back for serving. I'm sure this would work on the Weber. We have that model, too. Here's a beefy BQ rib eye steak, chicken + pork chops we grilled this past summer. They turned out delicious providing ample servings thru the week. Kept the sides light with roasted green Beans, strawberries and slivered almonds. Also great for leftovers. Early in Covid our thread was really craving hardy. Can't wait to see your Weber creations! ;]

Just picked up my favorite favorite wool sweater from the tailor today who re-constructed it from a 3X to a small. This was the only garment I did not give away from top weight. They did a fabulous job - but thinking the crest pocket needs straightened? What do you think? Oh no, need new winter white flats to replace the size 8's that went with the sweater. Wear a size 7 now. 😕 BTW, don't mind the athletic wear underneath OR the BIG hair! Haha. Stylist poufs it out compensating for our sub-tropic humidity. By tomorrow... I'll look less like the Lennon sisters from the Lawrence Welk show! ;]

Popped out to buy a gift for my nephew who’s turning 3 soon. (He’s my favourite nephew as he’s the only one shorter than me - not that difficult. The other two are 6’4”+.) Decided to wear a faux leather top I picked up in winter & never got round to wearing. Perfect for this time of year. But my shoes are a little big on me now - sigh!
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The outfit AND shoes. Looks like you might just pull off the shoes - if safe and comfortable(?) to walk in. Such a shame to discard such beauts! I think we both dropped an entire shoe size. Ugh.

It looks really good. I like feta but hate cottage cheese(texture), is it close to any of them?
I find personally, Cotija cheese has a mild flavor and light airy texture. It is sprinkled here on my Mexican Street Corn - Salads, Beans and other dishes where you do not wish for a pungent, overwhelming or heavy cheese. Definitely try it! I don't think you'll be disappointed. ms.sss may also have suggestions on how she uses it. And, I do believe Greentea can chime in on this, as well. ;] I also like it on poached pears - a nice contrast in flavors.

I think you might have enjoyed this rather esoteric salad mix (felt adventurous) with white grape wheels, honey glazed walnuts, currants, mini cucumbers, sage baked turkey breast, hard boiled egg, Cotija cheese sprinkled with crispy onion garnish. Dressing is a creamy corn + ranch blend.

Made mini meatloafs with ground chuck (more moist) oatmeal, carrots, shallots and garlic for little lettuce sandwiches thru the week. Tricolor Quinoa salad made with fresh mint slivers, white kidney Beans, dates, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic + shallots in light olive oil and wine vinegar. Really makes a nice high Protein salad or side. Building up my protein intake for vein ablation this Thursday on left leg. Super foods for healing! Ate entire portion. ;]

I’ve been eating around 600-700 a day and my nut says it’s not enough. With my last stall she recommended I up my cals and add more carbs and to my surprise she was right. The idea of eating more just scares the crap out of me.
Breakfast: Avo toast and an egg on the go. The bf and I had to be somewhere so he was driving while I was getting yolk all over my face.
Lunch: 1 oatmeal banana pancake with microwaved frozen berries and a sprinkle of cacao nibs, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Also had 1 yellow peach and some cut up fruit.Dinner: salad with chicken breast (romaine, spring mix, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes)
Snack: I saved the banana in the pancake photo and decided to eat it with a tablespoon of PB2
Drinks: Iced matcha latte w/ almond milk
These are excellent choices. You are doing great!

Yay! I finally found it! Cropped, too, for us petites. Much too lazy to model today... definitely an all day PJ's kind of day. My prim and proper Aunt would have been astounded that one would purchase any garment without a finished hem. Haha. ;]

ms.sss - how about these??? For the May covid cabin trip - I was inspired by Arab to get a full cover swim suit (sun sensitive, baggy arms and legs) and, for the cool Water lake + streams there. This was what I found. Certainly do not have that gorgeous, svelte linear figure (and, those 3 extra inches) as you - to pull it off! But it was famously functional... haha. Water shoes to boot.
