I'll usually take like two bites of whatever I make and always make sure I have some kind of app or side dish that I can eat that way no one notices that I'm not eating what I made them. All pics are the fiancés plate or a friends plate. Featured dishes:
- Tallarin Verde (Creamy basil & spinach Pasta dish)
- Kimchi fried rice w/ pork
- Tallarin saltado tipo chifa (Peruvian/Chinese veggie lo mein)
- Arroz chaufa de mariscos (Peruvian seafood fried rice)
- Green enchiladas
- General tso tofu
- Veggie and pork stir fry
The veggie and pork stir fry is an example of what I make for myself while everyone is eating the "regular" dish I made. I usually just alter it in some way or craze on something else I prepared. I still find joy in cooking and watching everyone else eat
WOW!!! Presentation looks as amazing as I am sure it tasted. That is one lucky fiancé', I'd say. Many best wishes and congratulations to the MARVEL-OUS couple. ;]

Left was traditional with celery, scallions, pecans and parsley. Right with slivered almonds, curry and golden raisins. Both mixed with a dab of Hellmans. The mini YETI kept everything really cold for travel. Happy Spring everyone! Made arrangement for our airbnb stay...

Pointed cabbage, white cabbage ... I think it's because it really goes down nicely in far greater volume than anything else, and just a lil' oil and lemon and salt and it's basically a meal all on its own.
Looks like something from a dumpster, though, so I won't make my debut in this thread ... yet.
Love cabbage anything!!! Do share a dish photo. Here's my favorite beef cabbage Soup, cabbage apple slaw and Asian salad.

Sooo...decided to GET DRESSED. lol. Put on a pair of jeans (first time in weeks), did my hair and makeup (first time since xmas), even shaved my legs (first time since summer!). Put on a tube top to feel summer-y, but i got too cold soon after this pic and put on socks and a sweatshirt. Sigh.
The Kid when she saw me come out of my room in this outfit : "My, you look skanky today. I like it." She cracks me up. ❤️😂
Left pic: one of my stay-at-home-pandemic-uniforms.
Right pic: Skankified.
Just look at that wonderful ms.sss (stands for super, sexy and sensational) figure just dying for her coming out party by spring/summer? The sun always shines brightly in your spirit and attitude regardless of the Canadian winters! Funny... I finally shaved my legs for the first time last week. Hate to admit this, but we had mid-80's last week and wore shorts for the first time in a long time. Headed north on business next week - So need to break out the sweaters, boots and leggings again. Really like winter wear now. Where before I felt extremely bulky with 148 extra pounds and the added layers. Yikes!

Here is me wearing it (size xs), but I'm also wearing my stomach binder in this pic so it looks more high waisted than it really is. The bottom leg hem ends goes past my ankle bone:
LOVE THIS! Thinking Rod Stewart's ballad....Do you think I'm sexy, come on sugar tell me so... mr.sss is surely singing that tune. WOW. Looking FABULOUS.

I call them science projects! ;]

This is probably the first pair of "snow pants" i've bought for myself in 15 years.
Based on sizing chart (from China, i think), I ordered an XL (an XL?!?!?)...but they are a little snug on the lower legs so I probably should have gone with an XXL (an XXL?!?!?).
On the bright side, the down filling makes my butt look plumper (and higher!) than it really is. Maybe I should look into some down filled underwear....
P.S. I realize you can't really see the pants in the pics of me wearing them, so including a shot of them on the floor...
P.P.S. They kept me nice and warm on this afternoon's hike!
Baby it's cold out there!

Cropped tops are most flattering and proportion well the petite figure like yours. They serve to lengthen us visually. Long shirts not so much. You look FABULOUS CR! Probably time to change your name here. No chub and definitely no rub... Haha.

I want a bite! Any big scores on the Pokeman cards!? Who knew!

Egg salad lunch today... And, Mr. Sophie (our resident baker) just made these cinnamon swirl Cookies for a neighborhood Christmas stroll-by from a safe distance. Found this tea towel for a friend's gift. Unfortunately, Christmas calories are not on my menu! For today, I Celebrate my 2nd year sleeve anniversary. Mrs. Sophie and cookie calories all year long departed that very day December 17, 2018. No longer miss that out-of-control decadence. Very Happy Holiday season everyone!

Very festive with nails, too. Looking FABULOUS Mrs.S! This is the same Wintergreen I'm using in painted lacquer for current project/foyer + accents into other spaces. A very fashionable signature color and always timeless. Fun! Perfect cut for your body type. Great choice.

At least it was accompanied by rain which was wonderful in our drought stricken land. Though not nearly enough to change anything. Sigh. I think you & I will have to look to Ms.Sss for snowy landscape pxts. Hint hint!
The pants are actually proper trousers in a heavy suiting type fabric with only a touch of stretch - to allow you to sit comfortably. I had a dressy pair of leggings in winter too. I wore them a lot with jackets & my over the knee boots. I’m sure you’ll love yours too Sophie. You could wear them with your new boots. 😁
We’ve been very fortunate here & have had only very small number of covid cases. In Queensland, I think we’ve only had about 1200 cases & fewer than 10 deaths from the beginning. Though people have become more complacent lately. Fewer people using provided hand sanitisers & more not complying with social distancing guidelines which I think is risky with the heaving, maddening crowds at the moment. There certainly wasn’t any social distancing yesterday at the shopping centre!
They’re ‘oiled’ Swarovski crystals so they flash pink, yellow, green, purple as they catch the light.
Thank you Wishmesmaller. 😊 I actually still have a little of the lamb left. I’ll be bundling up the last couple of slices for the freezer today. It was super delicious if I say so myself.
JUST GORGEOUS - as is your enduring porcelain white beautiful skin... Definitely rock star manicured toes, footies and shoes! You are always the complete package. :]

I am 61 and feel like a teenager - And, told I often look like one. I Celebrate my plastics one year anniversary January 21st! I considered it another reward and step toward long term health, happiness and wholeness after sleeve a year before. Waiting to do arms and neck maybe the end of 2021 to give body a rest from procedures. After plastics, I feel you are definitely more motivated and psyched to apply new eating and better lifestyle choices. I recommend it wholeheartedly. It will be a game changer.

Happy Spring! Happy Passover. Happy Easter to you and yours! Easter basket for Mom Smith in memory care. I really do miss my Ashers brand coconut and Peanut Butter filled Easter eggs this time of year! But, I'm transferring that craving into making a prime rib roast and bake potatoes for Sunday Easter dinner.
