Also all the tall boots are so great. I haven’t bought a new pair n the last 2 years. I think I’m in need of an awesome pair of new boots.
Look at the Christmas dress I ordered today. I’m so ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas.LOVING your new Christmas dress ordered!!!! Adorable!

Fingers crossed that I don’t lose more than another 10 pounds here in maintenance or else I get to wear baggy clothes again.
Now that colder weather is here (it SNOWED in Oklahoma City today!) I want to buy clothes like crazy to stay warmCan't wait until you model all your fabulous new winter digs!!!

Great glasses with your Burberry scarf. I want to get one of their vintage rain coats with plaid lining when I settle at goal someday. A definite wardrobe classic...

My favorite button up sailor dress jeans revealed! I purchased them on sale this past summer in a very extra small size 8, at least for me. I can hardly believe they are fitting today, and a little loose in the behind. The belt much too large - took to the cobbler's today. My attempt at a Fall outfit (still in the 90's here) with a twice taken in blouse wearing my great-grandmother's cameo. Sort of an Out of Africa movie state of mind... For those in cooler climes do send a colorful leaf peeping picture with yourself. Really miss the crispy Fall change of season. :[

Yeah? Great !
I *needed* a new coat. (Long-ish story but my wonderful Cole Haan coat that is dry clean only - I washed/dryed multiple times which is not usually a problem but ... I left it in the dryer too long and it shrunk. Oops 😔
So one of my daughters will get it unless I lose 15lbs) I went shopping and these are the coats/sizes/ranges I tried on:
Smalls- which were just right or too big
Mediums- which were too small or too big.
Larges- which were slightly loose or too big
No rhyme or reason to sizing these days
Here are are some of the abysmal results:
Side not: why the **** does this fitting room have a Michael Westmore FX lighting budget... I look like a Ferengi?!?! Whatevs 😒
So I went to a different store and did finally find something to make sense of all this sizing madness. This is a medium, which is my true size these days. I also bought high riding boot because FOMO 😂
LOVE the coat and boots! The boots make you look 10 feet tall! Look out NYC! And, let the snow flakes fall... ;]

Before surgery weight somewhere north of 320, (I would t weigh myself but the one time I did I saw the scale hovering at 32—- and I quickly stepped off) day of surgery 294 and today 164. I have went from a size 24 to size 8. I feel amazing. Pictures of me April 2018, September 2018 and September 2019. I have quite a bit of loose skin on my abdomen and inner thighs but I can live with it for now. I met with a plastic surgeon back in May and asked her what I could do to improve my overall body appearance and prepare for a Tummy Tuck and breast lift and she recommended pilates. I got a prescription from my primary care and my insurance covers most of the cost of pilates. I am addicted to pilates. I am slightly concerned I won’t be able to stop losing weight now that I met my goal. Does anyone else ever worry about losing too much weight?
Hi Jeelena, first off... YOU LOOK FABULOUS!!! Congratulations! You had such a pretty smile then, and now - It simply radiates. You are stunning in your new gown. Nice arms, too. Thank you for sharing your process and specifics with us. Inspiring. I, too, have accumulated a lot of loose skin on my upper arms (¾ sleeves are a God send!) and very sagging breasts (another God send - a great supportive bra!) LOL!!! Wearing a size petite 8 or 10 jeans (2-3X before) but the mid-section droop does get in the way. The slight stretch in new generation slack/jean fabrics does help hold it all in!!! Petite medium to small tops with a 38C from 40DD. Experimenting with body foundations for the first time for wearing dresses. I rarely wore a dress before. I plan to start preparing, saving$ and interviewing plastic surgeons for a Tummy Tuck, hopefully before my 25th anniversary vow renewal + gala next May. I want this defined waist for my gown design below. :] I have not tried Pilates yet. I must follow-up on your recommendation for it as a new exercise routine. Actually, loved Water aerobics even hovering at my highest of 298. Oh boy. Remained pretty active + happy despite all the weight and baggage I carried. For now, I walk with my dog and remain very active with work. I am meeting with a physical therapist next week to review my back posture, gate and balance before starting any formal exercise. Adhering mostly to The Obesity Code way of nutrition. 80-100oz.+ of water or hot tea per day. Add propel and Isopure. 21 pounds until my final goal BUT others who have already had plastics say 5 - 8 pounds can be attributed to the weight of loose skin. Factoring that in, I'm only 16 pounds to goal. LOL. Probably as a petite 5'0" and shrinking with age (turned 60 past May) - losing too much weight, not really. Some research says I should weigh 105 - 112. Will cross that bridge when and if I get there. Jeelena, how are you finding maintenance? Are you still losing? Keep up your wonderful achievement. Sending posies in way of celebration with you! ;]

20 hours ago, Louise is gonna Lose said:Hi all, I hope you are all enjoying the ways that weight loss has impacted your lives. I know that I have much more energy, and I have become more outgoing. I am now a regular exerciser and miss it when I don't do it. I was sleeved December 20, 2018 and have lost 79 pounds and reached my goal of 125 lbs.
Oh Louise, Congratulations!!!! Getting our sleeves was truly a major game changer right!? Send us a snap shot of the new you! Here I am with my wire fox terrier, Bobby. I am definitely enjoying much longer walks and adventures with him! I'm 21 pounds from my goal. Love The Obesity Code by Jason Fung, MD and look forward to his new cookbook coming out. How are you maintaining besides exercise? Is your hunger back? So very happy for you. Wow. ;]

Still have a little bit together, my Doctor is extremely happy with my results, as when I first met with him last September I was 345! Weight loss has def. slowed down, but if i stick to my plan it hopefully it continues to track downward.
Many many congrats!!! You are getting so close to your desired goal. Happy Fall, too! Maybe treat yourself to a great pair of Autumn boots this season?... And, definitely strut your stuff! So happy for you. Thanks for updating us.

Thank you @angiebear.
@greentealeal yes 40 minutes. My hair doesn’t like to curl easy. So lots of product and heat. That’s why I usually only curl my hair for special occasions.
@sheribear68, you are looking great.
@elcee you look fantastic. I love the last outfit, one of these days I am going to get me a pair of colored pants. You look so slim.
It’s another day. Another work day, I already need my coffee. I can’t wait to get to work to have my first cup. I’m out of Creamer at home, so I have to wait. I’m addicted to Califai Farms Creamer. It is really good, dairy free (which I now have to have since my surgeries) and only 15 calories. You all should try it. Have a great day ladies.Oh the last time I wore these boots they zipped up tight. Not today, they zipped up with extra room. Yay.
Hooray! Yeah, extra room. How exciting. Think I can wear boots in South Florida? Maybe come January a test run up the calves...

Vintage floral off to lunch today, thought I would channel my 1950s housewife and navy spotted top with pants I was twinning with my husband!
Am loving everyone's pics, so much inspiration, everyone looks amazing.
The only thing I don't love are my wrinkles and saggy neck. I cant hide those under clothes!
This dress line is amazing on you - not to mention, the color purple. Looking FAB down under! ;] I understand the neck thing... that's the one area I may seek plastics on. The rest (arms, tummy, thighs) to chicken! Bawk! Bawk! Bawk!
