    My surgery was Dec 26 2018. The colon cleanse liquid diet over Christmas Eve & Christmas almost made me give up. But I persevered with only a couple tears. I began at 230 went down to 207 over a year, then just bounced from there to 217 and back again for a year. Doc said I had to loose last 7 lbs for surgery. So they started me on a special diet and it worked. Arrived day of surgery at 192 and 7 days out I'm at 184 but this almost all liquid diet is annoying as heck. I want some food! ?
