  3. Thank you, sillykitty. It's just all so new, I don't know where else to ask these types of questions:) Congrats on reaching (surpassing) your goal! That's so awesome! Your starting wt, your ht, and goal are so close to mine! Gives me lots of hope! Thanks again!

  5. Hello all! This is my first time posting in this forum. I'm 10 days post op for VSG and everything seems to be going well. But, I'm scared to death that I'm messing up somehow. I'm getting my fluids in and taking about 3 ounces of broth/soup/blended soup or protein shake every few hours (on full liquids at this point). I'm taking in about 12 ounces total of non-water/full liquids. I'm not really feeling hungry or anything. My fear has to do with feeling full. At first, I was feeling pain in my stomach when getting "full" but that sensation has pretty much gone away. I still feel a twinge when I've had enough soup or whatever, but I'm just wondering if this is "normal." (That I've stopped having the pain) What do you think? Am I overthinking things? Should I just be thankful I'm not feeling the pain anymore? TIA!
