  5. I still haven't except for some small inexpensive stuff, I'm waiting til I get closer to my goal weight to buy anything that cost alittle more like pants, shorts, shirts and stuff like that... Hope this helps....
  6. I told everyone from work I went on a 10-day cruise, and took 2-weeks off. No one from work knows anything. My father is the only one in my family that knows... I told all family and friends I had my gallbladder removed... If anything happens and I need any other procedures done I will use the appendix removed... My business is my business....
  7. Stalls are a part of the process, weekly weights are helpful but just let it go!!!! The scale will eventually come down if you stick to your plan.. Hope this helps!!!

  13. You've done a great job thus far!!!! Stay off the scale for a month and block it out your head but continue to stay focused with your eating and I bet that will do the trick... Hope this helps...

  15. Sleeved on May 13, 2019 and have lost 45 but first appt. with doctor in Jan 2019 was 290 so I'm counting from 290. Total weight lose from Jan til now is 65... I'll take it!!!!!!!
  16. Stay the course, your weight will fluctuate but the weight over time will come down... Stay the course!!!!! Hope this helps...
  17. If I eat sugar, I spend the night in the bathroom.... I guess I'm lucky cause I can't eat alot of sugar products...
  18. It seems like the sleeve is the new gold standard of many surgeons unless the sleeve will cause gerd... That's what my surgeon told me.. Hope this helps....

  20. Dude, you lost 147 pounds and you surpassed your goal weight!!!!! Everyone is entitled to a slip up every once in a while... Don't beat yourself up over this and move on... Hope this helps....
