  1. Thanks so much! The “wait” is on so the “weight” can come off! Sorry, trying to stay optimistic!
  2. I’m going to appeal to I get a yes! Thanks for the encouragement!
  3. No medical records, who knew being in good health(other than my weight) would be a bad thing!
  4. Got denied for the Sleeve for not having 36 months of height and weight. Submitted photos as evidence, hoping it’s good enough. I’ve had BMI >40 for over 20 years, trying my hardest to change. So frustrating, hoping it gets cleared up.
  5. Thank you! On a good note I’ve survived without a Holiday disaster and am down 102lbs since starting- probably why I was ready for the breakdown, lol. Will report when I hear back!
  6. BCBS of Alabama. Unfortunately(lol) I have been healthy other than my weight, but to be < 40 BMI I would need to weigh less than 280 and I haven’t been under 300 in almost 20 years. I am appealing with “dated photos”, just prayerful for a thumbs up. I had my first ugly cry through this whole process when I got the denial Friday.
  7. I was just denied for not having documentation of my height and weight for 3 years.
