Who is your doctor? I have Dr. Clark and will be banded on the 25th at Sentara in Hampton. Do you go to the WLSC of Hampton Roads?

No, but I'm not that far. I am having surgery in newport news on the 25th of this month.

Hi Jennifer, I'm also a teacher and getting banded on June 25th in Newport News, VA. My nutrition class and pre op are both scheduled for the 17th. Our last day of school is the 13th, which is why I had to wait. I can't take time during sol's for the preop stuff. I don't have any advice, but I'm feeling nervous and excited like you are. I just wanted to let you know someone else is in the same boat. :leaving: Good luck I just made a ticker but can't figure out how to post it! LOL:biggrin:

:thumbdown: I'm impressed that you wear pantyhose! I'm so exhausted after the fight to get them on that I need a nap! The thought of having to use the bathroom after going through all that is even more daunting! LOL:scared2:

I had to take a 180 question computer test before meeting with the counselor. I haven't heard it mentioned. It came out that I was fine but ask too many questions! LOL

I love how you call yourself fluffy. My grandmother was heavyset, and when I was little she told me she was going on a diet. I started to cry and told her not to because I liked her fluffy! :thumbdown:

Yes, I just found out this afternoon that I will be banded on June 25th. I could have done it a bit earlier, but I'm a school teacher and wanted to be out on break. I am so excited! Good luck with your pre-op. My pre-op visit is a week and a half after yours. :cursing:

I'm going through the process at the same place. I have an appt this Thursday with Dr. Clark. I'm hoping to get my date then. :blushing:
